Expansion Manager - Fashion & Accessories Brand - Portugal (remote) From Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, we are looking for an experienced Expansion Manager to lead the growth of the retail network, for a jewellery and accessories brand, across Portugal market. This role will have a high level of autonomy with a remote working schedule. Role Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate potential new branch locations, including conducting detailed on-site analyses • Carry out feasibility studies and location assessments to support strategic expansion decisions • Independently review, manage, and negotiate lease agreements for both existing and new properties • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, shopping center operators, landlords, and property owners • Support the expansion management team in developing and implementing strategic network planning • Prepare reports and presentations on expansion opportunities and market scenarios • Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks • Be available for frequent travel as an essential part of the role, ensuring presence at key locations for scouting and negotiations Requirements: • Proven experience in expansion, real estate, or leasing management, preferably in retail or multi-site operations • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, location dynamics, and consumer behavior • Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and secure suitable sites for expansion • Excellent negotiation skills with experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements • Established network within the real estate sector, with the ability to build new landlord relationships and maintain long-term partnerships with existing leasing partners • Strong analytical skills for conducting feasibility studies and market assessments. • Strategic mindset with the ability to align expansion initiatives with overall business objectives • High communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company externally • Willingness to travel frequently and work independently in a dynamic environment • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset) The offer: • Annual salary up to €90.000,00 based on experience • Bonus based on target achievement Luxe Talent is a leading search, recruitment and training consultancy in the Fashion, Luxury and Retail sector in Europe.
