Commercial Ownership • Own Revenue, Conversion and Margin for an assigned market. • Lead weekly trade reviews and explain KPI variances. • Prioritise commercial opportunities based on impact. Trading Leadership • Own homepage, merch, search and promotional decisions. • Manage the trading calendar. • Develop testing roadmap.
