E-Commerce Key Account Manager – Cosmetics (F/M/X) Job Description – Key Account Manager, E-Commerce Luxe Talent is looking for an ambitious and business-driven E-Commerce Key Account Manager to lead the strategic development of our niche brands across digital channels: e-commerce platforms, selective marketplaces, and independent online partners. • Define and implement the e-commerce strategy for the brands within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives (growth, brand image, profitability). • Manage key e-commerce accounts (Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, etc.) and independent digital partners: negotiate commercial terms, monitor performance, develop relationships, and identify growth opportunities. • Drive annual business plans: forecasts, budgets, launch strategies, digital activations, commercial operations, and margin management. • Optimize product assortment, launches, and online execution in close collaboration with the marketing, content, supply chain, and data teams. • Monitor account performance (KPIs, sell-out, ROI) and propose corrective action plans when necessary. • Coordinate communication with headquarters and internal teams (logistics, finance, digital, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and accurate stock management. Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management (or equivalent). • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Key Account Management or Category Management ; experience in e-commerce is a strong advantage. • Experience in the cosmetics , FMCG , or premium/luxury brand sectors (experience with major “A-brands” is preferred). • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus. • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills (proficiency in Excel required) and a pragmatic, proactive approach . • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ; a true team player .
