Counter Manager - Beauty Brand Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Counter Manager - Beauty Brand. In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the Counter Manager - Premium Brand : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven counter manager . In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve targets. Responsibilities: • • Achieve sales goals while delivering the highest levels of client service. • Present and sell merchandise in a professional manner through expert makeup applications. • Develop client base with through and consistent follow up protocols. • Submit monthly counter schedule and manage full time resident retail artist. • Partner with supervisor to plan seasonal strategies, including store events • Act as brand ambassador, developing relationships within cosmetic department and entire store. Requirements • • Experience in retail cosmetics in a management position. • Excellent skills as a makeup artist and sales person. • Good communication and presentation. • Analysis of sales results, forecasts and promotional planning. • Ability to use a computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment, excel... • Availability to work weekends is required corner open Monday to Sunday. • Fluent in dutch and english.
