Cost Controller - Textile - Braga district From Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, we are looking for a Cost Controller for one of our clients, a well-established textile company based in the north of Portugal, to strengthen its finance team. Role Responsibilities: • Monitor and analyze production and operational costs, identifying variances and opportunities for cost optimization. • Prepare cost reports and support monthly and annual financial closings. • Analyze cost structures, margins, and profitability by product, process, or client. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to manufacturing costs. • Work closely with production, operations, and finance teams to ensure cost control and data accuracy. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to cost efficiency and internal controls. Requirements: • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field. • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in cost controlling, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Good knowledge of Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus. • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset. • Fluency in English.
