La Maison Chloé a été fondée en 1952 par Gaby Aghion, une Parisienne d'origine égyptienne qui souhaitait libérer le corps des femmes de la mode formelle et rigide de l'époque grâce au prêt-à-porter de luxe. The Reward and Performance Director is responsible for defining, developing, and executing the Maison's comprehensive total rewards philosophy and performance management framework. He/She will ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs, drive robust HR financial management, and leverage advanced analytics to optimize workforce performance and cost efficiency. This role requires a strong blend of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and collaborative leadership to support the Maison's talent strategy and business objectives. He/She will report to the Chief People Officer. RESPONSABILITIES: 1. Rewards & Benefits • Lead the strategic design, development, and implementation of comprehensive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, recognition, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Maison and Richemont Group policies and business objectives. • Define and implement Compensation and Benefits policies. Oversee annual compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, incentive plan design, and benefits enrollment processes, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance. • Provide expert guidance and support to Markets and entities on salary review, bonus schemes, long-term incentives, and other compensation processes. • Support the performance review process in collaboration with key stakeholders (HR business partners, Talent, Managers), monitoring the impacts on compensation structures and outcomes. • Design and implement a compelling rewards communication strategy in collaboration with Group and Markets to enhance employee understanding and engagement. • Conduct comprehensive salary and benefits analysis to provide guidance to attract and retain top talent. • Provide critical insights and data to drive optimal decision-making related to compensation and staff cost processes. • Lead ad-hoc Rewards related projects (Commission schemes, Clothing Allowance, Equal Pay Initiative,…) from conception to implementation. 2. Performance Monitoring • Implement and continuously improve the Maison's performance management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and talent calibration processes, to drive high performance and accountability across all levels of collaborators. • Develop and provide comprehensive guidance, tools, and training to managers to effectively manage, assess, and develop their teams' performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvment, growth, and high achievement. • Related to the C&B pillar, ensure strong alignment and integration between collaborator performance outcomes and reward decisions (merit increases, bonuses, promotions). • Develop and implement robust metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor the effectiveness and impact of both performance management processes and total rewards programs on employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance. • Analyze the ROI of performance management initiatives and compensation & benefits programs, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement. 3. Analytics • Lead advanced HR data analytics, including strategic workforce planning, FTE management, and predictive modeling, to inform critical decision-making across the Maison. • Identify key trends, opportunities, and risks related to HR costs, workforce dynamics, and talent acquisition/retention. • Develop and present compelling data to various stakeholders, including HR leadership, Finance controllers, and executive management. 4 . HR Controlling • Strategically manage the overall HR budget and forecast processes, including FTE and personnel cost coordination, by providing expert guidance and support to markets. • Provide strategic oversight and management of HR budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives across the Maison, ensuring financial integrity and efficiency of HR operations. • Partner closely with HR HQ and regions and Finance controllers to ensure excellent quality of FTE planning, budgeting, and variance analysis. • Establish and provide HR KPI follow-up (turnover, headcount, …) and ensure timely and accurate mandatory HR reporting. • Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes for HR expenditures, ensuring compliance and accuracy. • Provide expert financial guidance and support for HR-related projects, initiatives, and organizational changes. PROFILE: • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, HR Analytics, or a finance function. • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in HR budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and FTE management. • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in HR data analytics tools, statistical analysis, and reporting platforms (Excel, HRIS reporting). • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards strategies and performance management frameworks. • Expertise in compensation methodologies, benefits program management, and global mobility practices. • Solid understanding of HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and their application to rewards and performance modules. • Experience in the luxury retail or a similar fast-paced, high-standards industry. • Highly analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop innovative solutions. • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with HR colleagues, Finance, and business leaders across different regions and cultures. • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. • Strong ability to be proactive and results-driven with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. • Highest level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Fluency in French and English.
