Brand Ambassador – Luxury Fragrances W/M Luxe Talent , an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Brand Ambassador in København . In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the uxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich. Description of the Brand Ambassador : Main responsibilities : As a Brand Ambassador, you will embody the values and spirit of a distinguished luxury House. Your mission includes: • Offering a warm, refined, and personalized welcome to every client • Sharing the universe, craftsmanship, and heritage of the brand through engaging storytelling • Demonstrating strong sales ability and guiding clients through product discovery to purchase • Switching seamlessly between product categories and adapting your speech to different client profiles • Delivering an elevated client experience in line with luxury standards • Contributing to sales development and supporting boutique performance • • Schedule & Availability • Minimum 21 hours per week • Mandatory working days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (min. 7h/day) • Days off guaranteed: Monday & Tuesday • Flexibility to work Wednesday and Sunday during peak periods (especially holiday season) • Possibility of extended hours depending on boutique needs Requirements • Proven experience in luxury retail, premium fragrance, or high-end jewelry/fashion environment • Impeccable grooming, elegance, and understanding of luxury etiquette • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to bring product narratives to life • Excellent client engagement and service orientation • Commercial mindset with the ability to convert interest into sales • Languages: Fluent Danish and English required • Flexible, dynamic, and proactive personality • • If you'd like to work in the luxury sector, don't hesitate to send us your CV!
