POSITION OVERVIEW
The Associate Digital Creative Designer plays a key role in bringing Ralph Lauren's brand vision to life across the digital commerce ecosystem, including Brand.com, App, and marketplace platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams across APAC and Global HQ, this role is responsible for creating compelling digital experiences that elevate brand storytelling, enhance customer engagement, and support commercial objectives. Combining strong design expertise, creative judgment, project coordination, and data-informed thinking, the Associate Digital Creative Designer helps ensure all digital creative is executed with excellence, consistency, and alignment to Ralph Lauren's brand standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Design & Customer Experience
• Design and deliver engaging digital experiences across Ralph Lauren's e-commerce ecosystem, including Brand.com, App, and marketplace platforms.
• Translate creative briefs and customer insights into compelling visual solutions.
• Champion consistency and quality by applying the Ralph Lauren Design System and ensuring all creative output aligns with brand standards and visual identity.
• Demonstrate strong visual storytelling skills through expert use of imagery, typography, layout, color, and composition.
• Exercise sound creative judgment by evaluating and providing constructive feedback on designs to ensure brand alignment and creative excellence.
• Support campaign pre-production to post-production logistics, including securing product samples or props, managing feedback loops, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and to ensure deliverables meet brand, timeline and quality expectations.
• Support campaign assets ownership status management and identify insights for stakeholders to boost regional relevance and commercial impact of digital campaigns.
• Partner with analytics and use data analytic tools in gathering data and provide overall campaign performance with stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring digital campaigns and initiatives to life.
• Present creative concepts, storytelling approaches, and design rationale with confidence to stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, influencing decisions through strong presentation and visual communication skills.
• Embrace feedback with a growth mindset and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
Technical Expertise
• Apply best practices for web and app design, including responsive design, image optimization, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Stay informed of evolving digital design trends, technologies, and consumer experience best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of design experience in-house brand creative team or in a creative production agency environment.
• A strong portfolio to be presented and walked through during interview;
• Solid foundation in creative development and digital project processes
• Proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, AI etc)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
• Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels
• Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment
• You are also a strong communicator and relationship builder; a hands-on and independent self-starter; and a creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• English fluency/advance knowledge is a must; fluency/advanced knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages is highly valued
• Knowledge with China, Japan, Korea, and/or SEA ecommerce market is a huge plus
