POSITION OVERVIEW The Workforce Management and Strategy Manager will be responsible for ensuring the WFM system reflects the business and compliance needs. This leader will be accountable to ensure our locations have the right number of labor resources at the right time, doing the right things to drive labor productivity and location profitability. This role will require a regular visit to the Retail Stores for a better understanding of front-line work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities: • ​​​Own the accuracy, governance, and continuous optimization of WFM configurations (labor standards, scheduling rules, job structures), ensuring alignment with local market, regional, and global business requirements. • ​Partner with P&D, Legal, Local, APAC Regional, and global stakeholders to ensure WFM practices remain compliant with local labor, scheduling, timekeeping, and accrual regulations while maintaining system integrity, minimizing risk, driving engagement and adoption, and aligning with business strategies and operational needs. Partner with local markets, APAC regional leaders, and global stakeholders to align workforce models with business strategy, operational needs, and financial targets. • ​Drive adoption, engagement, and effective usage of WFM through structured change management, communication, and stakeholder alignment. • ​Lead delivery of WFM-driven workforce strategies that improve labor productivity and maximize 4-wall profitability across responsible markets. • ​Own workforce planning governance, including ongoing census management and store org structure optimization. • ​Analyze labor, payroll, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate insights into actionable strategies and field-facing reporting. • ​Support and lead key WFM and workforce transformation initiatives, including optimized scheduling, KPI programs, and system enhancements. • ​Facilitate execution of cross-functional projects through strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and disciplined follow-through. • ​Monitor and deliver against defined WFM KPIs, ensuring measurable impact on productivity, cost control, and operational performance. ​ EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Requirements: • ​​​Experience with WFM systems • ​4-8 years of business experience in retail industry, ideally in fashion or apparel sectors • ​Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills • ​Competence to understand and communicate effectively English to professional fluency, Spoken Asian language (Mandarin or Japanese or Korean) is an advantage but not a must • ​Experience in payroll management, retail operations, finance or a combination of these • ​Good experience in Workforce Management system. Ability to lead the team to manage and maintain data accuracy and ensure smooth system operation • ​Understanding of retail programs and KPI's • ​Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience • ​Ability to analyze data, highlighting any opportunities for improvement • ​Ability to create concise material and work documentation for organization use • ​Strong analytical, conceptual and technical skills (excel, access, word, power point, outlook) ​
