Your responsibilities: • Actively build your diverse and inclusive team by recruiting, planning, coaching and motivating the team members while acting as a role model to drive an excellent customer experience. • Create and lead a high performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing data and trends to probe and challenge the status quo while addressing identified improvement areas in order to maximize the profitability of your store. • Overseing and manage all store operational tasks such as Visual Merchandising, Replenishment and Inventory processes. • Ensure all HR, legal and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in order to maintain a safe and productive shopping experience for our customers and working environment for the team. What we're looking for in you: • 18+ months work experience in a retail environment (sport/fashion) including 12+ months of Store Management responsibility. • Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management, strong training skills and team line up. • Advanced analytical skills and effective communication skills. • Team leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate the team members to drive an excellent customer experience. • Fluency in English. Good knowledge with MS Office and Power BI.
