Shopper & Customer Mkt Supervisor

Main Accountabilities • Develop and execute trade plans, leveraging POS data analysis to ensure plan effectiveness. • Manage product and assortment strategy, ensuring smooth execution of NPD and relaunch. • Monitor key competitor activities, generate actionable insights, and propose improvements for future planning. • Managing monthly forecasts, distribution, promotion, trade budget, merchandising and continuously seeking opportunities to drive business growth. • Collaborating with key accounts, field sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain partners closely to deliver integrated trade marketing plans that aligned with corporate objectives. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • A bachelor’s degree is required, Master or MBA is a plus. • 2-5 years of Trade Marketing experiences in FMCG, beauty/skincare is preferred. • Solid analytical skills with the ability to develop category insights from data. • Proven track record of execution excellence and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across functions. • Strong growth mindset to bring out creative ideas. • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Fluent English speaking and writing.
