Azzedine Alaïa, maître légendaire de la coupe, a changé le look de la mode dans les années 80 avec ses silhouettes sculpturales. Job Description As an ambassador of Alaïa, the Assistant Boutique Director embodies the image and values of the Maison. You are co-responsible for inspiring and developing your team to deliver exceptional client experiences, meet quantitative and qualitative objectives, and ensure the boutique’s growth and success. KEY RESPONSABILITIES • Boutique performance and sales development • Co-monitor the achievement of boutique sales targets and KPI’s • Identify growth opportunities and implement business action plans to boost performance. • Collaborate with the Boutique Director on quarterly action plan to drive growth and achieve expected results • Prepare regular reporting (sales, traffic, KPIs, follow up, missed sales, stock issues, CS, discount…) and propose corrective actions. • Team management and people development • Support the Boutique Director in the recruitment, training and management of the team to optimize personal and boutique performance and profitability • Delegate operations activities and establish clear responsibilities within the team • Communicate and motivate the team around the strategy and vision of the Maison and their collective and individual contributions • Support the Boutique Director in conducting team meetings, ensuring that staff is aware of the targets and clients experience best practices • Support the Boutique Director with the annual performance management process to provide feedback • Create a business-oriented approach and positive mindset in the boutique through team builder and supportive environment • Boutique operations and administration • Ensure full compliance with the Maison policies, procedures and brand standards, maintaining a flawless boutique environment. • Supervise the boutique back office and administration, including invoices, plannings, payroll etc. • Oversee and coordinate the day to day operational activities of the boutique, ensuring smooth, efficient and seamless execution of all processes. • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring alignment with the brand image. • Guarantee the boutique’s maintenance and upkeep in accordance with the Maison’s standards. • Client development • Promote clienteling behaviors and best practices within the team, including proactive outreach to existing clients and prospects, personalized styling, and appointment-based services. • Elevate the in-store and out-of-store client experience in line with the Maison standards and guidelines. • Define, with HQ and the Boutique Director, specific objectives for client retention, recruitment, and reactivation to achieve sales targets. • Leverage clienteling tools to drive results (CRM app, client development plans, local experiences). • Analyze and report on the ROI of clienteling and CRM actions, identifying opportunities for improvement. • Develop local partnerships with personal shoppers, stylists, and other key actors to attract a targeted and high-quality luxury clientele. • Market Awareness and Strategic Initiatives • Stay informed about competitors’ activities and trends in the luxury fashion market to provide actionable insights. • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and participate in local events to strengthen the boutique’s presence. • Align local strategies with the Maison overall goals to ensure consistency and sustainable growth. Profile : • At least 5 years’ experience in luxury retail, with a strong track record in sales, operational excellence and team management. • Leadership: Dynamic and inspiring leader with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. • Manager with an operations focused, with strong expertise in overseeing boutique operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. • Business Acumen: Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute long-term visions. • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the luxury fashion market and client behavior, particularly in international contexts. • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
