Role Overview : As a Junior Retail Store Planning Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the optimization and execution of our retail store design and planning expansion. This is an entry-level operational role where you will assist the Store Planning and VM team in translating commercial strategies into floor plans. You will focus on daily operational tasks, data maintenance, and cross-functional coordination, serving as a key support link between headquarters and our retail stores. Global overview with dedicated project assigned for 1 or 2 regions. You will report to the Head of Storz design and Planning Key Responsibilities : Space Planning & Layout Assistance • Floor Plan Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining 2D/3D store layouts and micro-space allocations (AutoCAD & SketchUp) under the guidance of your Manager. • Visual Merchandising Support: Help prepare guidelines and execution packets for store teams, ensuring visual standards align with the approved store planning strategy. • Fixture Tracking: Maintain an organized inventory tracker of store fixtures, signage, and equipment across all retail locations. Operational Execution & Coordination : • Store Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for daily, routine store inquiries regarding layout adjustments, missing assets, or fixture replacements. • Opening & Remodel Logistics: Support the setup phase of new store openings, pop-ups, or renovations by coordinating shipping schedules for fixtures and tracking delivery timelines. • Site Audits: Compile and review photo audits sent by store teams to verify that floor layouts match the assigned construction drawings. Data Management & Reporting : • Data Entry: Keep the Transverse management database up-to-date with precise store dimensions, square footage metrics, and category capacities. • Basic Performance Tracking: Extract basic sales and space data to help the Manager prepare weekly or monthly space productivity reports. Talent Core Qualifications & Skills : • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design. • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel for tracking sheets). • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling measurements, data entry, and architectural drawings reading. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist store managers and external vendors. High proficiency in English, French ideal but not required • Adaptability: A strong desire to learn retail operations from the ground up and a proactive attitude toward administrative and operational tasks. • Include portfolio less than 5mo with your CV while applying
