Senior Sales Associate

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will act as an ambassador of the Brand to provide a unique and timeless experience to our clients. You will proactively reach out to them to deliver excellent service and inspire our clients with innovative strategy in order to achieve individual targets, Boutique objectives and increase clients’ loyalty. You will also be a role model to Sales Associates. ► Sales/Performance o Enthusiastic in achieving sales targets given by Boutique through effective use of selling techniques, client service, clientele and product knowledge o Identify clients’ expectations and complete sales transactions successfully o Advise clients across all product categories and do cross-selling for maximizing sales potential o Build strong collaboration with the team for achieving sales & Boutique’s objectives ► Client Development o Provide excellent client experience o Provide warm welcome and interact with every client proactively o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent and professional client service o Arrange private appointments with clients o Provide excellent after-sale-service o Update Dior Star on regular basis o Participate to the events that contribute to the overall Boutique performance ► Role Model and Knowledge Sharing o Act as a role model of Sales Associate to demonstrate the client service, selling techniques and product knowledge for improving department’s performance o Provide necessary support, coaching and being buddy of new joiners for team integration o Selected Senior Sales Associates to be experts in designated category and leverage their knowledge to the team for developing existing clients as well as clients’ recruitment ► Boutique Operation and Back of House Support o Maintain the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising and image of the store in highest standard o Provide support to Back of House operations to enhance Boutique efficiency ► Work Experience o Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in retail industry ► Other Requirements o Good command of communication and interpersonal skills o Excellent selling technique, service-oriented and client centric o Able to work independently and also as a team-player o Passionate in luxury fashion industry
