Description
The CRM & Clienteling Specialist supports daily CRM operations and clienteling programs across all client touchpoints. This role is responsible for executing targeted campaigns, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring personalized interactions that align with our Maison values and luxury standards. • Campaign Execution and Support Implement CRM campaigns and clienteling initiatives across platforms. Maintain and update client databases with segmentation criteria. Support boutique teams in daily CRM tool usage and campaign alignment. Assist in deploying marketing automation workflows. Ensure brand-aligned content and messaging. • Client Data and Insights Analyze client data and behaviors to refine segmentation. Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports. Collaborate with data teams to ensure integrity and accuracy. Track campaign metrics and suggest optimization strategies. Support measurement of loyalty and conversion indicators. • Personalization and Client Care Contribute to the design of personalized client communications. Ensure premium client experiences across all touchpoints. Support tailored follow-ups and post-interaction engagement. Serve as a liaison between retail and HQ CRM teams. Monitor feedback and contribute to experience enhancements. • System and Process Coordination Ensure correct CRM usage across tools and processes. Support training sessions for new users or updates. Coordinate with external vendors when needed. Maintain compliance with privacy and data policies. Drive improvements in process and user adoption. Key Requirements: Marketing & Event Management Background: Possesses hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional activities and client-focused events. Client-Centric Mindset: Genuinely enjoys building interpersonal relationships, networking, and engaging directly with prospective and existing clients. Exceptional Communication Skills: Top-tier verbal and written communication skills across all formats.
