Description 1. Department Store Key Account & Retailer Coordination • Act as a key operational contact point for assigned Department Store retailers in close partnership with DS KAM Managers. • Manage retailer requests, submission timelines, operating calendars, store-related execution requirements, and follow-up actions. • Coordinate communication among department store retailers, Brand teams, SCM, Finance, Legal, stores, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders. • Track retailer-specific deadlines, promotion schedules, store-related requests, and issue follow-ups. • Drive retailer relationship activities and activation opportunities, leveraging relevant retailer initiatives to support account objectives. 2. Promotion Planning & Execution Management • Manage monthly Department Store promotion execution, including promotion schemes, target SKUs, product images, sales targets, pricing information, and required retailer submission materials. • Collect and consolidate promotion inputs from Brand teams and ensure accurate and timely submission to department store retailers. • Communicate confirmed promotion details to stores and relevant internal stakeholders using standardized templates and timelines. • Track promotion execution readiness and follow up on key issues with Brand teams, retailers, stores, and internal stakeholders. • Take an active role in Retailer Conference and Corporate Event planning and execution, including concept planning, internal alignment, preparation, on-site support, post-event follow-up, cost settlement, and result sharing. 3. Sales Reporting & Business Support • Prepare and update Department Store sales reports, including total sales and customer traffic data where applicable. • Analyze relevant sales performance and account trends to support DS KAM Assistant Manager decision-making. • Prepare meeting materials and business summaries for internal commercial meetings, retailer discussions, and account reviews. • Support store visit preparation and follow-up by consolidating key account, store, and execution-related information. • Highlight key risks, issues, or follow-up needs identified through sales reports, retailer communication, or store-level feedback. 4. DS KAM Process, Documentation & Operational Excellence • Handle DS KAM-related documentation directly linked to commercial execution, including retailer contracts, MD-related official communications, and store opening/closure-related documents. • Coordinate retailer contract processes, including review requests, electronic signature follow-up, contract status tracking, and contract history management. • Maintain trackers, templates, calendars, and process documents to improve visibility and consistency across DS KAM activities. • Identify recurring operational issues and propose simplification or standardization opportunities. • Improve ways of working by clarifying timelines, owners, required inputs, and follow-up routines across DS KAM, Brand teams, retailers, stores, and internal stakeholders. 5. Distributor Channel Operations • Manage distributor order, including order receipt, status tracking, and communication with SCM and relevant stakeholders. • Confirm saleable SKU status with Brand teams and provide necessary guidance to distributors or relevant stakeholders. • Handle distributor-related operational follow-ups and issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications Education • University-level education Experiences • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in key account management, sales operation, commercial planning, retail operation, FMCG, beauty, retail, or related commercial function. Functional Competencies • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. • Strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail. • Strong Excel, reporting, and data management skills. • Clear business communication and documentation skills. • Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify risks and escalate issues appropriately. • Ability to improve recurring processes through structure, templates, and standardization. • English communication skills preferred.
