Description
The Media Executive will support the planning, execution and monitoring of integrated media campaigns across Print, OOH and Digital channels. Working closely with the Assistant Media Manager, this role will ensure effective and timely campaign execution through close coordination with media partners, agencies and internal stakeholders, while supporting the achievement of brand and business objectives.
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of media campaigns across Print, OOH and Digital channels.
• Coordinate with media owners, publishers, OOH vendors, digital platforms and agency partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
• Prepare media plans, schedules, bookings, campaign briefs and supporting documentation.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including material deadlines, placements, campaign launches and amendments.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identify issues or discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collect and consolidate campaign performance data and contribute to post-campaign reporting and analysis.
• Support budget tracking, media spend reconciliation, invoicing and other administrative processes.
• Maintain strong working relationships with media partners, vendors and agency partners.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Stay informed of developments, trends and emerging opportunities across the media landscape.
• Assist the team with day-to-day media operations and other projects as required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in media planning, media buying or campaign execution.
Experience in Print, OOH and Digital media is preferred.
Experience working at a media agency or within an in-house brand media/marketing team is preferred.
Preferably with experience in the retail and/or luxury market.
Strong communication skills in both Korean and English are mandatory
Good understanding of media planning and campaign execution processes.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive, organised and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
