Your Tasks For our Technology Innovation & Development Team, we are looking for a motivated working student with an interest in Technology Development & Supply Chain who thinks analytically, uses digital tools confidently and wants to actively support our journey to more data-driven processes. You will work on real projects at the interface of Technology and its partners in R&D and Supply Chain, contribute with your own ideas and help us make knowledge more transparent, data more usable and collaboration between our technical teams even stronger. • Support the maintenance and further development of our Technology Sharepoint as a central platform for knowledge, transparency and collaboration • Maintain, develop and improve our Power BI dashboards • Support in the preparation of monthly KPI & KAI scorecards • Use Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate and AI tools to simplify processes, structure information and create transparency. • Support in the preparation of workshops and regular updates • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that bring products to market faster, more robustly based on stronger data-driven decisions Your Profile You are studying a technical discipline and enjoy understanding, analyzing and improving manufacturing, technology and supply chain processes. You combine analytical thinking with a hands-on mindset and are interested in using digital tools to solve operational challenges. • You are studying process engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable field. • You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy turning complex information into clear insights. • You have excellent digital skills, ideally with experience using Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate. • You are interested in data analytics, automation, digital tools and AI applications. • You work in a structured, independent way and communicate confidently in English and German. • You enjoy learning new things, contributing actively and helping an organization break new ground. • The role requires partial on-site presence in line with company regulations At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
