Description Work Center Line Lead The Work Center Line Lead supports the Fill & Assembly leadership team by overseeing production line operations and ensuring efficient production runs, changeovers, quality compliance, and safety standards. This role is responsible for coordinating line activities, leading production teams, monitoring efficiency, reviewing production documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead production line teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. • Coordinate and execute filling and assembly operations. • Assign and rotate team members according to safety and operational requirements. • Monitor production performance, efficiency, downtime, and inventory usage. • Complete batch record reviews and ensure documentation accuracy. • Perform line clearances and support production changeovers. • Investigate production variances and inventory discrepancies. • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and company policies. • Train and support team members and temporary employees. • Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and supporting departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Promote a safe work environment and support Lean Manufacturing practices. Qualifications Education: • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred. Experience: • 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred. • Previous experience as a Process Setup Attendant or Quality Auditor preferred. • Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred. Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Leadership and team coordination abilities. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, percentages, averages). • Computer proficiency, including SAP, TML, and Microsoft Office. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Learning agility and adaptability to changing priorities. Additional Requirements: • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. • Ability to work overtime and across multiple production work centers. • Good attendance record required. Pay Range: The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00 to $29.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
