The VIE, Retail Client Experience will play an integral role in bringing the Tiffany Client Experience to life consistently across the global retail network. As part of the Retail Client Experience team within the broader Retail Excellence organization, this role will support the development, integration, and activation of Client Experience Tools across key retail platforms, resources, and communication channels. Client Experience Tools include, but are not limited to, uniforms, hospitality, selling tools, client collateral, and future resources designed to elevate the Tiffany Client Experience. The primary objective of this role is to ensure Client Experience Tools are easy for retail teams to find, understand, implement, and execute consistently while driving engagement and adoption across the global network. This position will work closely with cross-functional partners across Retail Operations, Retail Learning, Retail Performance & Development, Retail Communications, and regional teams to identify opportunities to better socialize guidelines and resources. The role will independently manage projects from concept through launch, measure impact, and surface opportunities for ongoing improvement. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of managing multiple workstreams while collaborating across a diverse group of stakeholders. VIE Program Requirements (must be met): • Ages 18 - 28 • French or European Union citizen (cannot be a U.S. Citizen) • Be available to work in New York, NY for the entire 18-month program • Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°) • Available to devote yourself full time to your assignment Salary: The salary for this position is €5072.76 per month. Location: This is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY with an anticipated start date of January 2027 . Key Accountabilities: Integrate Client Experience Tools into the Retail Excellence Ecosystem • Identify platforms, processes, and resources to improve accessibility, relevance, and execution. • Integrate Client Experience guidelines into the retail AI agent, including development of SOPs, creation of reference libraries, testing coordination, launch support, and ongoing enhancements. • Develop Client Experience checklists within retail task management platforms to support consistent in-store execution. • Manage assigned projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, content development, testing, timeline management, launch, and adoption support. • Evaluate existing retail learning content to identify gaps related to Client Experience Tools and recommend enhancements. • Develop and launch virtual learning resources, including videos and toolkits. • Partner with Retail Learning to incorporate Client Experience Tools into new hire onboarding programs. • Create in-person learning modules and toolkits to support new store openings and ensure consistent execution from day one. • Partner with Retail Network teams to document front-of-house and back-of-house operational standards. • Translate standards into clear retail-facing guidelines that support store setup, organization, maintenance, and execution. • Build strong relationships with regional operations, client experience, and performance partners to understand local implementation needs. • Conduct store visits and engage directly with retail teams to assess execution, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance resources and tools. Drive Adoption and Continuous Improvement of Client Experience Tools • Develop and execute strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of Client Experience Tools across the retail network. • Explore retail communication channels to connect teams with Client Experience resources and reinforce key priorities. • Create engaging video and photo-based content to support awareness and adoption initiatives. • Partner with Retail Communications to develop a Client Experience content calendar aligned with broader Retail Excellence communication strategies. • Build strong relationships across Retail Excellence and partner functions including Creative Visual Merchandising, Client Relations, Client Services, and other key stakeholders. • Identify relevant initiatives from cross-functional partners and amplify them through a Client Experience lens. • Create launch plans, communication strategies, and supporting materials for new Client Experience Tools and initiatives. • Measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, optimization, and engagement. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. • Hospitality or retail-related education is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and evaluate broader business impacts. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Business-level fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels. • Strong decision-making capabilities. • High attention to detail and execution excellence. • Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement. • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: • Project management experience. • Experience in digital storytelling or content creation.
