Description
1. Packaging & General Inventory Management (D-Box, C-Box & Seasonal PKG)
• Stock Balancing & Counts: Manage inter-store stock rebalancing from overstock to shortage positions. Oversee full stock counts 4 times a year and process Obsolete Stock (OBS) write-offs.
• Forecasting & Coverage: Review weekly consumption, monitor monthly forecast accuracy, and maintain optimum packaging (PKG) coverage rates.
• Stock Balancing & Counts: Manage inter-store stock rebalancing from overstock to shortage positions. Oversee full stock counts 4 times a year and process Obsolete Stock (OBS) write-offs.
• Order & Supply Coordination: Prepare monthly orders, share 3-month forecasts with Delta, and track incoming shipments.
• Seasonal & Special Packaging: Monitor intake and consumption of new launching/seasonal packaging. Manage specialized packaging distribution networks for Watch & Jewelry (W&J) and Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
2. Uniform Management
• Regular Uniform Operations: Track open orders, allocate stock to retail stores, and maintain continuous communication with Central teams.
• Special & Event Uniforms: Manage uniforms for special animations, marketing campaigns, and flagship stores (e.g., Dosan).
• Order Forecasting: Predict demand and place orders for new uniform rollouts.
3. VM & Window Display Props Operations
• Props Procurement & Allocation: Issue Purchase Orders (POs), create system orders, and allocate props to stores for opening props, push props, and routine restocking.
• Central & Store Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between Central teams and store networks regarding prop delivery and setup schedules.
• Window Props Monitoring: Monitor open orders and strictly follow up on delivery timelines for window display assets.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in SCM, logistics, inventory management, or retail operations (fashion/luxury industry preferred).
Education: BA degree or above
Skill: Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills (coordinating between retail stores, Central HQ, and vendors)
Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in tracking open orders and managing multi-category non-merchandise items
