Description
The Specialist, Global Retail Client Experience plays an integral role in bringing the Tiffany Client Experience to life across our global retail network. As part of the Retail Client Experience team, this position supports the day-to-day management and operational excellence of Client Experience Tools, including Uniforms, Hospitality, Selling Tools, and Client Collateral. Working closely with external vendors and internal partners across Retail, Procurement, and Retail Excellence, the Specialist helps ensure stores have the resources they need to deliver exceptional client experiences through effective inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, order fulfillment, vendor management, and issue resolution. Success in this role comes from balancing operational rigor with a strong understanding of retail needs. The Specialist maintains program guidelines, training resources, and operational processes, monitors program adoption and usage, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset, this role helps drive consistency, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of the Tiffany experience around the world. Location: This role is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY. Key Areas of Success Build and Maintain Global Client Experience Tools & Resources Successful candidates will contribute to the operational excellence of Tiffany's Client Experience programs by ensuring stores have consistent access to the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional client experiences. Inventory Planning • Monitor inventory levels and usage trends for globally sourced Client Experience Tools. • Forecast demand and support inventory purchases to ensure stores have the resources they need while maintaining efficient stock levels. Adoption & Performance Tracking • Track usage of Client Experience Tools across regions, markets, and stores. • Analyze adoption against global standards and identify opportunities to improve utilization and effectiveness. • Partner with the Senior Specialist to connect usage data with Client Experience performance metrics. Guidelines & Resources • Maintain SharePoint resources, ordering guides, SOPs, and user materials that support retail execution. • Continuously update and improve resources to address business and store needs. Vendor Management • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and issue tracking. • Partner with Procurement and leadership to address challenges and drive continuous improvement through regular business reviews. Retail Support • Serve as a key point of contact for store and market questions related to Client Experience Tools and resources. • Manage order fulfillment processes, resolve supplier and service issues, and support recurring operational needs such as hospitality orders. • Identify recurring issues and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and user experience. • Establish and monitor KPI reporting for key suppliers within the Client Experience vendor base. • Maintain an issue-tracking log and partner with the Director and Procurement team to address opportunities for improvement. Grow the Scope of Client Experience Coverage Successful candidates will help support and scale new Client Experience initiatives by providing operational support, strong project coordination, and a focus on retail execution. • Assist the Director in compiling briefs and RFPs for new item development. • Prepare inventory forecasts and budget estimates for new launches. • Partner with Procurement to select and onboard new suppliers and support implementation across markets. • Author guidelines, SOPs, user guides, and supporting materials for new launches. • Maintain Client Experience SharePoint sites and partner with the Director to activate new launches through Retail Communications. • Incorporate new items and suppliers into existing inventory, usage monitoring, and vendor performance frameworks. • Maintain strong relationships with Zone colleagues and an active presence in Tiffany stores to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and evaluate new item proposals. The hiring range for this position ranges from $70,125 - $90,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Required Qualifications • College degree or equivalent years of related work experience. Degrees in Hospitality or Retail are a plus. • Demonstrates 360-degree thinking and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate cause-and-effect relationships beyond quantitative analysis. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Ability to influence and interact effectively with management and cross-functional partners. • Sound judgment and decision-making skills. • Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement and continuous improvement. • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of Power BI reporting. • Experience supporting retail operations, inventory management, vendor management, hospitality, procurement, or related business functions. • Experience working in a global or multi-market environment is a plus.
