Senior Manager - Strategic Initiatives & Transformation, North Asia

To drive North Asia’s business priorities through: • Business strategy, commercial insights, and disciplined, world-class execution • Transformation, innovation, and smarter ways of working • Retail expansion, new business ventures, and market-specific initiatives • Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-priority strategic and market-specific initiatives — from retail expansion and new business launches to client-centric transformation projects — with clear plans, ownership, and milestones. • Business Performance: Drive business planning and performance reviews across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Korea; translate complexity into executive-level recommendations. • Transformation & Capability Building: Improve how teams work, make decisions, and execute; leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to unlock business impact. • Executive Communication: Build trusted relationships across métiers and seniority levels, influence without formal authority, and shape clear, compelling senior leadership narratives. Experience: At least 7–10 years across strategy, consulting, business development, transformation, commercial planning, finance, retail, or other leadership-track roles. Luxury/retail experience is advantageous; strong business acumen and learning agility are essential. Core Qualities: Strong business acumen, commercial judgment, and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear senior leadership recommendations. High emotional intelligence, maturity, and ability to build trust across stakeholders. Intellectual agility and strategic curiosity; a natural problem solver who seeks the “why” and can structure ambiguity. Strong ownership and execution drive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Comfort with modern productivity, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
