Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Corporate DP & IBP - TR will lead the strategic initiatives related to process and people for TR Supply Chain function. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful development, implementation and adoption of DP/IBP processes across TR East and West. The role will require a blend of strategic vision, process optimization, and people management skills to drive transformational change and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Process Optimization:
• Lead the assessment and redesign of DP/IBP processes in Travel Retail Supply Chain to improve efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with global standards.
• Leading and drive alignment with Brand DP/IBP teams in TR East and West region to standardize and streamline processes, ensuring consistency across markets.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with key stakeholders across Travel Retail functions, including senior leadership, to build awareness and buy-in for change initiatives.
• Lead communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for DP/IBP processes.
• Guide TR regional teams (e.g. Regional Brand DP/IBP, Brand/Marketing, Finance) as the Subject Matter Expert in any emerging IBP topics.
Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to support the roll-out and adoption of DP/IBP processes in TR Supply Chain function globally
• Align plans with the overall business strategy and objectives
Training and Development:
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of all regional teams (e.g. Brand DP/IBP, Brand/Marketing, Finance) in DP/IBP processes and tools.
• Drive and develop a culture of continuous improvement and learning within Supply Chain function
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in change management, demand planning, or integrated business planning within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of DP/IBP processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
