Part—time position every Friday and Saturday full day 16,5 hours per week (every Friday and Saturday) Start date: 7.11.2026 until 31.12.2026 MISSION As seasonal Visual Merchandising (VM) support, you will assist the Louis Vuitton store team in delivering the best experience to our clients during the busy Christmas & New Year period. In this non-selling role, you will be responsible to ensure that the displays across the store are reflecting the Louis Vuitton brand identity and business priorities and are well-maintained throughout the day even during the busiest period of the year. You will support the core VM team of the store in daily VM refreshes and partner closely with the management and client advisors on duty to optimize sell-through and keep a clean store image. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Guarantee a daily rotation of products throughout all categories in alignment with Visual Merchandising guidelines, based on stock availability and KPI’s • Manage and present new product launches by arranging displays according to Visual Merchandising Guidelines and Manager feedback • Monitor and maintain the condition and atmosphere of the store to uphold luxury standards • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, with the capacity to swiftly adjust to evolving business requirements that align with the company's growth • Collaborating with the store team at large to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards PROFILE This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a part-time role to enter the luxury industry or to take their first steps in Visual Merchandising. You must have a valid visa and work permit for Austria if not an Austrian/EU citizen. The ideal candidate must be available every Friday and Saturday, for the full day. The salary for this position is at least €31.514 gross annually (based on a full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week). Depending on your qualification and experience, a higher overpayment is possible.
