Zermatt is an international resort with demanding peak periods. The boutique is a hands-on environment where everyone contributes to clients, sales and operations. **Must-have** * A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another environment where service and sales are central. * English is required. * A genuine interest in selling, clienteling and commercial performance. * Reliability, professionalism and a hands-on attitude. * Availability for an 80% seasonal contract and a flexible rota, including weekends, public holidays and peak periods. **Nice-to-have** * German is highly appreciated. * Any additional language. * Experience in premium or luxury retail. **What you’ll love working here** * Seasonal 80% contract from December 2026 to 15 April 2027. * CHF 3,800 per month + bonus.
