Sales Associate (80%) M/W (German & English Speaking)

**What Will Help You Succeed :** * **Fluent German (minimum C1) and English (minimum C1)** are required. French or Spanish would be a strong asset. * You have at least 5 years of sucess experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality or another environment where customer experience is key. * You have a strong understanding of luxury service standards, clienteling and retail KPIs, with a proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets. * You are comfortable using retail systems and handling administrative tasks with accuracy. * You enjoy selling and are motivated by achieving ambitious targets. * You understand what excellent service looks like and naturally build trust with clients. * You are proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a demanding retail environment. * You enjoy taking initiative, solving problems and contributing positively to the team’s success. **What We Offer :** * A permanent **part-time contract (80%)**. * **A remuneration of CHF 4,500** * The opportunity to join an international luxury House with strong growth ambitions. * A clear development path towards an Assistant Store Manager position. * Continuous training on products, client experience and leadership. * An healthy entrepreneurial environment where performance, initiative and commitment are recognized and rewarded.
