Christian Dior Couture Norway is currently seeking a Sales Associate with an expertise in luxury retail, for our boutique in Oslo! • Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with Dior standards. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized service and styling guidance. • Conduct private appointments, fittings, and wardrobe consultations with discretion and professionalism. • Provide expert knowledge of fabrics, craftsmanship, and the design process to support confident purchasing decisions. • Consistently achieve individual and boutique targets while upholding qualitative service Be confident to develop and maintain strong relationships with every customer so that everyone receives a consistent and professional service throughout Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in retail fashion industry Have excellent team building and communication skills Have strong organizational skills and ability to administer stocks in line with company expectation Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standards Requirements You have at least 3 years' experience in luxury retail You have a commercial mindset and are digital savvy. Providing outstanding service and making each customer feel welcomed and engaged comes naturally to you.
