Votre mission Drive profitable growth at customer and channel level (Omni-channel) by embedding and activating commercial value creation levers (5 RGM Pillars & CGF – Customer Growth Framework) across pricing, promotions, trade investment, mix, and customer strategy. The role is accountable for defining how to grow profitably , by translating commercial strategy into actionable pricing, promotional, and customer recommendations that optimize Net Revenue and ROI. The RGM Manager acts as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Category, and Finance, ensuring that commercial decisions are driven by value creation, shopper dynamics, and customer opportunities. The role does not own financial reporting, accounting, or financial governance , which remain under Finance / Performance Management responsibility. 1/ Pricing strategy & Architecture Define and maintain pricing architecture by brand, pack, channel, and customer Recommend price corridors and guardrails aligned with portfolio and channel strategy Support pricing decisions through business cases and competitive analysis Identify pricing opportunities and risks (price erosion, gaps vs competitors, inconsistent positioning) 2/ Promotion Strategy & Commercial Effectiveness Define promotion strategy frameworks: mechanics / thresholds / depth/ frequency / customer & channel adaptation Define “promo quality” KPIs and commercial success measures Evaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend optimization scenarios Lead test-and-learn approaches to improve promotional ROI 3/ Trade Investment Strategy & ROI Management Define trade investment allocation principles and commercial guardrails Recommend investment prioritization based on customer attractiveness and growth potential Drive trade investment optimization and value reallocation Partner with Finance for ROI tracking methodology validation 4/ Mix & Portfolio Optimization Lead the Portfolio Management process (Portfolio Performance – Brand GPT, Core Assortment Definition – MSL “Must Stock List” driving Mix) Identify opportunities to optimize: product mix / pack-price architecture / customer & channel mix Recommend actions to improve margin accretion and sustainable growth 5/ Customer Planning Support Lead Customer Growth Framework at market level Partner with KAMs to define customer growth strategies and pre-JBP scenarios Build fact-based negotiation frameworks and customer recommendations (relocation) Translate category, shopper, and commercial insights into customer opportunities 6/ Commercial Performance & Risk Management Monitor RGM drivers: Brand Portfolio Pricing , Trade Investment, promotions, Active Mix, Promotion Lead Sell-In vs Sell-Out reconciliation Identify growth and margin opportunities using PVM and customer-level analytics Recommend corrective actions in Risks & Opportunities Qui êtes-vous ? Education & Diploma Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related commercial field is preferred. Experience & Expertise Relevant Background: 2+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Pricing, Commercial Finance, or a similar commercial strategy role. Experience within the FMCG, Retail, or Pharmacy sectors is highly advantageous. RGM & Strategic Acumen: Proven expertise in activating commercial value creation levers (5 RGM Pillars & Customer Growth Framework). Deep understanding of pricing architecture, promotional strategy, trade investment, and mix optimization. Analytical & Financial Power: Strong analytical and financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to evaluate promotional ROI, manage PVM (Price/Volume/Mix) analytics, and translate complex insights into profitable, actionable commercial choices. Cross-Functional Leadership: Highly rigorous and resilient, with excellent influencing and negotiation skills. A true strategic partner who can challenge and guide Sales, Marketing, Category, and Finance teams. Customer Planning: Experience in supporting Joint Business Planning (JBP), building fact-based negotiation frameworks, and defining customer growth strategies alongside Key Account Managers (KAMs). Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint . Solid exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools for tracking commercial performance and identifying growth opportunities. Languages Trilingual: Full professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken) is required to successfully navigate the local market and partner with all stakeholders.
