Retail Training Manager - Givenchy

Key Responsibilities FLOOR COACHING & DELIVERY • Deliver training sessions and coaching in boutiques across USA— present, energised, engaged and brand-aligned • Conduct floor observations and give precise, constructive feedback to individuals and team managers • Adapt style and tone to different audiences — from new joiners to senior sales associates • Be a visible, credible, and inspiring presence in every boutique you visit PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION • Roll out HQ-designed training programmes with fidelity and local relevance • Plan and manage your training calendar across the zone • Brief and support store managers before and after training sessions PERFORMANCE TRACKING • Monitor and report training KPIs: floor observation scores, behavioural assessments, post-training surveys • Identify underperformance patterns and escalate with solutions, not just problems • Share field observations and store-level insights with the HQ training team YOUR BEHAVIOURS • Coach first, present second — real impact happens one-to-one on the floor • Be curious and rigorous: know the programmes deeply and the stores even more • Build trust with store teams through consistency, fairness, and genuine care for their growth • Represent the Maison at the highest standard — in conduct, dress, and presence Profile • Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, with strong floor experience and genuine passion for coaching • Proven ability to deliver training and coaching that drives visible, lasting behaviour change • Deep understanding of selling ceremony, client experience, and luxury service standards • Energetic, credible presence in boutique — able to inspire teams and earn trust quickly • Strong organisational skills: able to manage a complex travel and delivery calendar • Curious, humble, and committed to continuous improvement — for self and others • Fluent in English; additional languages a strong asset
