Retail Operation Intern

Role Summary We're looking for a Retail Operations Intern to support the day-to-day running of our store operations. You'll get hands-on exposure to inventory, merchandising, store performance data, and process improvement — a strong foundation for a career in retail, supply chain, or operations management. What You'll Do • Support daily store operations, including stock management, replenishment, and inventory counts • Help track and analyze sales, inventory data, and prepare simple reports • Assist with store requests • Coordinate with store teams, suppliers, and head office on operational tasks • Help document and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) What We're Looking For • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Retail, Supply Chain, or a related field • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable with numbers and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude • Fluency in English required; Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Thai is a plus Duration: 1 year
