What You’ll Do As a Key Holder, you’ll support the leadership team in running a successful store. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations • Delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect jewellery • Supporting the team to achieve sales and store targets • Helping create a positive, motivating, and inclusive team environment • Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store • Supporting stock replenishment and product presentation • Taking responsibility for the store when required • Leading by example and helping the team deliver on Lovisa’s customer-first approach What We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you: • Have previous retail or hospitality experience • Have strong communication and customer service skills • Are organised and able to manage your time effectively • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Enjoy working toward targets and taking on challenges • Can motivate and support your team • Have a passion for fashion and retail • Take pride in creating a store that is welcoming, organised, and ready for customers Why Lovisa?
