Availability required from December through the end of January, including peak hours during the Christmas and New Year's Eve week. As a Retail Hospitality Support, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that embodies the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will initiate each client's journey with warmth and efficiency, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional hospitality and guiding clients through our store, understanding their needs, and directing them appropriately. • Provide a warm and unforgettable welcome to all clients, setting the stage for an exceptional brand experience. • Manage client flow with strong organizational skills and queue management techniques, ensuring smooth communication and minimizing wait times. • Offer refreshments to clients, enhancing their comfort and experience. • Maintain impeccable visual standards throughout the client-facing areas of the store. • Collaborate with Client Advisors to provide support and ensure a seamless client journey. A strong background in hospitality is essential. Client-centric with a passion for delivering personalized and memorable experiences. Assertive and confident with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, approachable, and able to create a welcoming environment for all clients.
