Key Responsibilities • Daily/weekly/monthly retail performance reporting: sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, AUR, labor productivity • Independently diagnose performance drivers and proactively recommend corrective action to leadership • Own data integrity across SAP/POS systems end-to-end, including resolving root-cause issues • Consolidate and report market share data and insights • Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel) • Store segmentation and productivity analysis • Lead feasibility and investment analysis for new store decisions (PER package development), presenting recommendations directly to leadership • Partner directly with leadership on business review narrative and strategic framing • Channel-specific KPI and promotion performance reporting • Support Annual Finance Plan — sales forecast and budget input • Acts as the analytical thought partner to the Retail Ops/Sales Lead — expected to challenge assumptions and shape decisions • Ad hoc analysis on request from leadership LOCATION Korea, Seoul - Office FULL TIME/PART TIME Temps plein Employés actuels de LS & Co, cliquez ici pour postuler via votre compte Workday.
