Repairs Specialist/Artisan

As a Repairs Specialist/ Artisan within our Care Services Team working out of our Warehouse in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in preserving and enhancing the artistry that defines Louis Vuitton. You will d eliver high-quality repair services and after-sales support, ensuring excellence in craftsmanship, lead times, and client satisfaction playing a key role in reinforcing brand trust through superior service. Repair & Technical Execution • Perform repairs on leather goods, accessories, watches, and jewelry. • Manage engraving, hot stamping, and repair tracking systems. • Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate orders with Paris when required. • Embody Louis Vuitton’s values of craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork in all aspects of the role. Service & Store Support • Ensure quality, lead time, and prioritization of repairs. • Communicate proactively with stores regarding repair status and delays. • Contribute to continuous improvement of after-sales service. Technical background in repairs or craftsmanship. Detail-oriented with strong quality focus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English.
