Build and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers, Retail teams, the wider Training team, and key business stakeholders
Partner with Retail, Training and wider business functions to support commercial priorities and business objectives
Complete all training administration, reporting, evaluations, tracker updates, and follow-up actions accurately and on time
A full clean UK driving license.
Based in London or the South
Proven experience in a training, coaching, L&D, or retail development role, ideally within a branded retail environment
A strong track record of delivering training that positively impacts commercial results
Excellent selling skills and a strong understanding of premium customer experience
Experience delivering impactful training in different formats, including classroom, virtual, in-store, and one-to-one coaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
The confidence to give constructive feedback during store visits and workshops in a way that is clear, motivating, and well received
The ability to remain professional, impartial, and solutions-focused when supporting stores and managing feedback from different stakeholders
A positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach to tasks and projects
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects from beginning to end
The ability to work independently while keeping relevant stakeholders informed and involved
Confidence working as part of a remote and field-based team
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Flexibility to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays and weekend work where required
Experience in cosmetics, beauty, wellness, or premium retail would be advantageous, but is not essential.
A qualification in Coaching, Training, Learning & Development, or Retail is desirable, but not mandatory.
