Product Specialist/Manager, Nars (Korean only)

MAIN PURPOSE Act as the primary product management contact for Sales, Training, PR, VM, CRM , and other cross-functional teams to drive business in a collaborative environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Collect and analyze consumer insights , market trends, and competiti ve activities to provide strategi c recommendations on the category to the Marketing Manager. • Lead the successful execution of new product launches, drive growth of pillar products, and manage the core product portfolio within the category. • Propose and lead marketing strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) for the category to deliver integrated and engaging consumer brand experiences. • Adapt and localize communication material s, including visual assets, digital content, and point-of-sales materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Education, Finance, etc.) and external agencies to develop and execute category growth plans while meeting project timelines. • Manage sales forecasts, sell-out targets, and inventory levels to ensure business efficiency and forecast accuracy. • Provide category recommendations and strategic insights to management based on consumer, market, and competitive analysis, including launch evaluations and business reviews. • Monitor and manage the marketing budget for the assigned category. • Develop and execute sampling strategies for key product launches and promotional activities. • Create and oversee the development of promotional materials, including GWPs (Gift with Purchase), leaflets, brochures, and catalogs.
