Your Opportunity: 12-Month Fixed-Term Cover We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented PR & Product Coordinator to join our e-Commerce Merchandising & Content Team . In this role, you will be responsible for managing product photography inventory across our global e-commerce websites, as well as coordinating PR and influencer send-outs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a strong understanding of jewellery and accessories. Proactivity, communication and a love of structure are essential as you develop and manage scalable processes that work effectively across multiple teams. Your Responsibilities • Maintain an organised product inventory, uploading products by type and style across the backend of all global e-commerce websites. • Partner with our internal Photography Studio to manage e-commerce photography for all products. • Track product progress daily throughout the product lifecycle using PIM and Excel. • Manage high-volume product samples, ensuring they are properly cared for, stored and re-carded. • Partner with the Global Social Team to coordinate monthly PR and influencer send-outs. • Attend all e-commerce campaign photography shoots, ensuring the correct product samples are available and photographed. • Work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to resolve product and image discrepancies. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sample status, progress and any issues. • Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively implement process improvements. • Support the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required. We Are Looking For • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Strong ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing deadlines. • Previous retail experience is strongly preferred. • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Ability to routinely lift and manage sample shipments of up to 25 lbs (approximately 11 kg) . • A genuine interest in jewellery, accessories, fashion and current trends.
