We're thrilled to announce the opening for People Services Payroll Specialis t, r eporting to the People Services Senior Payroll Manager , as the People Services Payroll Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the experience of our employees and HR professionals.
You will be responsible for supporting accurate and compliant payroll operations while driving efficiency, simplicity, and continuous improvement across People Services processes. By embracing automation, identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working, and adapting to evolving business needs, you will help build payroll processes that are compliant, efficient, scalable, and sustainable .
Your contribution will enable a seamless employee experience and support the continued transformation and growth of our People Services function.

How you will contribute…
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
• Operations: Acting as the subject matter expert, you will independently drive scalable, precise, and timely payroll operations for Singapore, Malaysia, and potentially other regions. Key responsibilities include ensuring business continuity, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining up-to-date process documentation, and successfully de-escalating problems:
• End-to-End Payroll & Tax Execution: You will be responsible for full spectrum payroll including payroll processing, payment of salaries, pension, tax filing, working with finance to secure funding for payouts, and timely submission of payroll journal entries to Finance, including related accruals and provisioning.
• Leave System Administration: You will update leave configuration with any policy changes.
• Vendor Management: You will review and improve vendors’ quality of service.
• Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• Continuous Improvement: Innovate and refine payroll processes within the framework of company’s guidelines to achieve greater efficiency.
• Compliance: You will address any queries from audits or statutory bodies, maintaining compliance standards.
• Projects: You will participate in projects to optimize and evolve service delivery through automation, lean concepts, up-skill and increase knowledge across team.
