Job Description • Providing support to head office and retail users for all hardware, software, and other IT peripherals • Preparing POS hardware with all software installations for retail stores, enabling smooth store openings • Preparing data diagrams for upcoming stores as per standards and consulting the same with the contractor • Liaising with ISP for internet connections and maintaining all relevant documentation • Troubleshooting and maintaining network hardware at stores, including configuring firewalls and APs • Handling store renovations and closures • Supporting footfall and biometric hardware • Planning procurement of hardware requirements for Retail Stores PROFILE • At least 3- 4 years of relevant work experience • Sound working experience in Active Directory, IT Security & Infrastructure, Data Layout & Planning • LAN & WAN concepts, UTM Firewalls. • Thorough knowledge of Windows PC, Printers/Scanners & Hardware Technology
