Demandez à ceux qui s’y connaissent. Présentation générale du poste Spread and cut lays according to markers provided by Marker Making, maintains daily records of spreading. Keep workspace and equipment clean and well organized, performs proper preventive maintenance as required on any equipment being used. Follows all safety guidelines and uses required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, Cuts fabric by hand, with electric hand-held cutting machines. Confers with the supervisor to obtain information about orders, processes, or problems. What You'll Do: Take instructions from Supervisor. Read cutting orders. Check the cut information, ensure the styles and sizes are correct. Check material (fabrics) if complete prior to spreading. Check the required length of markers according to cutting orders. Check each roll from the pick list if code and yardage are correct. Check the cutting orders if it is scheduled on the daily cutting plan. Make sure to follow priority schedule plan. Fill up request form if fabric is short. Be sure to specify the kind of fabric needed and how many meters. Make sure that cutting order is returned to the cutting plan table. Report immediately to the Supervisor any issues. Record completed cutting orders. Label with lining, interlining and shell all excess materials (fabrics) for every MPO, and return to Warehouse. Ensure a clean and safe workstation, and proper safety procedures are followed.
