Responsibilities:
The Manager Colored Stones & Enamel will work on Fine Jewelry category, taking care of Sourcing & Capacity planning functions, working closely with Gemstones acquisition, Product development/marketing, Industrial Planning, Design, Quality/Grading, Responsible Sourcing and FGs Sourcing teams. This position will be part of the European Sourcing & Planning office which covers EU activities across all categories (Finished goods, Components, Stones etc.)
Manage supplier accounts
• Manage the supplier’s relationship
• Monitor Request for pricing and new product projects (Technical specification, Cost negotiation, Capacity building etc.)
• Coordinate interface between finished good (Tier 1) and Gemstones/Enamel (Tier 2) supplier (Specifications, ramp up, cost etc.)
• Monitor supplier performance (Cost, Delivery, Quality) by understanding market availability, skillset strengths, quality consistency, service provided, and proactive issue resolution.
• Establish and monitor long-term supplier’s strategy in alignment with our growth
• Negotiate supplier terms and pricing
• Explore and evaluate new supplier opportunities to drive innovation, cost optimization and long-term supply availability
Ensure continuous compliance within Tiffany’s ethic & responsible sourcing standards
Continuous Improvement projects & Cross Functional teaming
• Maintain Sourcing & Planning process standards and regularly question their effectiveness cross functionally with US counterparts
Seek best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives/projects with US team
Support Industrial Performance on key transformation projects/initiatives requiring interaction with suppliers

PROFILE
• Min 8 years of experience in jewelry/gemstones.
• Experience in sourcing/planning
• Fluent in English & Italian/French as a preferred plus
• Gemstones Gemologist
• Have strong communication and pedagogy skills
• Problem-solving and analytics skills
• Project management experience
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with a multifunctional team in a multicultural environment.
• Attention to detail, adaptability and team spirit.
• Motivated by the challenge of developing and manufacturing jewelry pieces while developing strong relationships with our partners
• Advanced MS Office computer skills
