Job Duties • Purchasing Request and Supplier Proposal collecting, analyzing and summarizing • Supplier on-boarding process supporting including supplier due diligence check • Purchasing to Payment process supporting, such as Contract Signing, etc. • Sourcing coordination event organization and onsite support. • Other administrative requests from Purchasing Manager. General Requirements • Bachelor or above • Good communication and analytical skill; • Familiar with Microsoft Office software tools, PowerBi, Image and Video editing softwares. • Fluent in Mandarin and English, French is a plus • 4-5 days a week, for at least 6 months ------------------------------------------- 工作职责 / Key Responsibilities • 协助收集、分析并汇总采购需求及供应商方案； • 支持供应商入驻流程，包括尽职调查与文件审核； • 协助采购到付款流程（如合同签署、资料归档等）； • 参与组织采购协调活动及提供现场支持； • 完成采购经理指派的其他行政及支持性任务。 任职要求 / Requirements： • 本科及以上学历； • 具备良好的沟通能力与分析能力； • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office、Power BI 及图片/视频编辑软件； • 中英文流利，会法语者优先； • 每周可实习 4–5 天，持续至少 6 个月
