Description
This position is responsible for overseeing store maintenance, minor remodeling, touch-ups, and furniture inventory control for 40+ stores. The role ensures that all retail locations maintain the highest level of brand standards while meeting strict cost, quality, and schedule targets.
Project & Vendor Management:
Lead multiple maintenance works, minor remodeling, and touch-ups for 40+ stores. Manage the full project lifecycle from design through construction, supervising outside design firms, vendors, and contractors.
Logistics Support:
Support the in-house logistics team with import and export processes for overseas materials.
Strategy & Maintenance:
Formulate and execute preventative, repair, and maintenance strategies across all assigned stores to safeguard brand standards and asset longevity.
Cost & Performance Optimization:
Manage vendor relationships to leverage long-term partnerships and achieve optimal price-to-performance ratios.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure assigned stores are safe, fully functional, and compliant with operational guidelines while meeting budgetary and timeline targets.
Store Visits:
Travel to each assigned store at least once a year to evaluate asset conditions and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, design, or maintenance (applicable across free-standing stores or retail locations within commercial facilities).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
Project Execution & Problem Solving:
Demonstrated ability to manage fixed schedules and budgets, with the agility to propose alternative solutions when operational circumstances require it.
Brand & Design Acumen:
Strong capability to understand brand store design concepts and accurately translate them into a physical retail environment.
Communication:
Effective communication skills; intermediate or higher English proficiency is preferred.
