Description
We are excited to announce that we have a Commis Chef role available in Fenwick Bracknell. Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance.
Contracts Available:
1x Commis Chef - 40 Hours - Fuego

About the Role
Our Commis Chefs play a key role in delivering the exceptional dining experience that our customers have come to expect from Fenwick. Passionate about fresh ingredients, quality cooking and outstanding service, the team works together to produce dishes to the highest standards in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
As a Commis Chef, you will support the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, cooking and ensuring consistently high standards of quality, presentation and food safety. You'll work alongside experienced chefs, helping to deliver an excellent experience for our customers while contributing to the smooth running of service.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for food and hospitality who is eager to learn and develop within a professional kitchen. You'll have the chance to build your skills, gain valuable experience and grow your career as part of a supportive and talented team.
What we are looking for in a candidate…
• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or high-volume service setting.
• A good understanding of food preparation, kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently and remain calm during busy service periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• A positive, reliable and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality, with the enthusiasm to learn, develop new skills and build a career within a professional kitchen.
