The Lead QA Engineer will define and lead the quality strategy for Breitling’s global e-commerce platforms and digital commerce ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and quality of customer-facing e-commerce journeys , including browsing, search, product discovery, product detail pages, cart, checkout, payments, order creation, customer accounts, transactional emails, returns, and integrations with surrounding systems such as CMS, PIM, CRM, ERP, payment providers, fraud prevention, and order management. A key part of the role is to drive the evolution of QA through AI-enabled testing strategies . This includes intelligent test generation, AI-assisted regression testing, self-healing automation, predictive defect analysis, test prioritization, and quality analytics to improve release confidence and reduce manual testing effort.
