YOUR ENVIRONMENT As a Client Advisor Assistant within the Zurich team, you will be a true ambassador for our Maison. YOUR CONTRIBUTION Client & Business Development • Contribute to driving turnover and achieving store targets. • Welcome and advise our clients to offer them an exceptional experience. • Share your product expertise with our clients. • Show initiative and boldness in suggesting complementary products. • Contribute to client acquisition and loyalty by building privileged and lasting relationships with each of them. • Ensure the store is impeccably maintained. Brand Promotion & Client Ambassador • Participate with the rest of the team in the smooth running of the store: visual merchandising, replenishment, stock transfers, after-sales service (SAV), and inventory management. • Master and comply with internal procedures and guidelines. • Support the Maison's digital evolution. • Act as an ambassador for CELINE and the Group. • Embody the CELINE spirit through your creativity and commitment to excellence. THE KEYS TO SUCCESS Skills and Personal Qualities: You have a strong sensitivity to product and fashion. You have the ability to understand and go beyond client needs to deliver the best possible client experience. You have a taste for challenge and a drive to collectively achieve set goals. A proactive mindset, service-oriented attitude, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential for your success at CELINE. Languages: You are fluent in German and English. A third language would be a plus. Workplace: Zurich store.
