KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : The Image Department Intern will provide essential support across various functions of the department, including : - Research Assistance: Assist the image team by conducting thorough visual and textual research related to a wide range of topics, ensuring relevance and accuracy for upcoming projects. - Presentation Coordination: Help coordinate and organize images, supporting the setup and preparation of high-quality internal presentations for comprehensive image reviews. - Project Support: Be present and provide active support on photo/video shoots, assisting with logistical and practical needs to ensure smooth operations. - Cross-function Collaboration: In addition to supporting creative image team, this role cold provide logistical and administrative support to the Image Project Managers, Object and Environment teams on image-related needs, as applicable. - Administrative Assistance: Fulfill various requests from the Image Directors, which may include organizing assets, and preparing documentation. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS : - Software Proficiency: Demonstrated working knowledge of the following software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, Microsoft O - Language Fluency: Fully fluent in both English and French (written and spoken) - Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for visual detail and consistency. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professional with diverse teams. - Adaptability: Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
