Description
You will define, implement, and oversee the security and risk management strategy for North and South Asia, ensuring robust protection of Louis Vuitton’s people, assets, operations, brand image, and supply chain. Working closely with regional and local leadership teams, you will drive high standards in physical security, loss prevention, crisis management, and operational resilience, while adapting global frameworks to local business and regulatory environments.
• Lead regional security strategy across stores, offices, warehouses, logistics facilities, and project sites, ensuring consistent and effective deployment of Maison security standards.
• Oversee site and project security , including new openings, renovations, and other property-related initiatives.
• Drive vendor and contract management for guarding, cash-in-transit, maintenance support, CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, safes, and anti-theft systems.
• Strengthen loss prevention by developing and implementing strategies to reduce shrinkage, theft, fraud, stock loss, and parallel market exposure.
• Lead risk and crisis preparedness , including country risk analysis, incident response, business continuity, emergency communication.
• Secure the supply chain and logistics flows , helping reinforce resilience across downstream transportation and operations.
• Partner with insurance and compliance stakeholders on security and fire safety matters, while maintaining awareness of regulatory and technological developments.
• Build strong external relationships with law enforcement, customs, embassies, and emergency services.
• Oversee event and executive protection and ensure appropriate security measures for high-value products, including jewellery and exceptional pieces.
• Promote a strong security culture through awareness initiatives and training programs across the region.
University degree or equivalent, with specialized training in security management, risk management, fire safety, crisis management, or a related field.
Significant experience in regional or international security leadership roles, ideally in luxury retail, hospitality, consumer goods, logistics, or other multi-site environments.
Proven track record in protecting people, assets, operations, and brand reputation across multiple countries.
Strong expertise in crisis management, investigations, loss prevention, and vendor management.
Solid financial acumen, including budget control, cost management, and contract analysis.
Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic, pragmatic, and highly organized, with the ability to influence at all levels in a multicultural environment.
High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in sensitive or complex situations.
Fluency in English is essential;
