Finance Manager - Kenya/ Tanzania

• Previous experience in multiple countries in Africa • The role can be based in Kenya, in Tanzania or in Uganda Notre client Our client is a leading industrial player in Africa. Poste et missions • -Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities, • -Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements in Kenya and Tanzania, • -Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, • -Monitor working capital, cash flow, and inventory performance, • -Partner with commercial and operational teams to support business growth and profitability, • -Develop and implement financial controls and risk management procedures, • -Coordinate external audits and maintain strong relationships with banks and regulatory authorities, • -Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior management, • -Lead, mentor, and develop local finance teams. Profil recherché • -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, • -Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred, • -Minimum 5 years of finance management experience within distribution, FMCG, retail, trading, or similar sectors, • -Experience working across multiple African countries is essential, • -Strong understanding of East African business environments, • -Excellent analytical and leadership skills, • -Fluent in English; Swahili is an advantage, • -Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
